Psychotherapy in service of embodiment and soul.

Through the act of creating space for yourself and for your healing, may you connect to what is already inside you: hope, aliveness, joy, purpose and authenticity.

Hi, welcome. My name is Zara and I’m a registered clinical counsellor in Kelowna, BC.

I align with a therapy that is co-created between therapist and client and together, we work to build a space that is fundamentally relational, compassionate and curious. It is my aim to walk beside you as we fully embrace the human experience with all of its suffering, wonder, potentiality, and grace.

A smiling woman with wavy blonde hair sitting in a cozy room, wearing a cream-colored shirt and black pants, with two paintings hanging on a concrete wall behind her.

In the process of being broken open, worn down, and reshaped, an uncommon tranquillity can follow. Our undoing is also our becoming.
